Description
The 2024 Canadian Maple 1oz Silver Coin features a beautiful Maple leaf with a light-diffracting radial line background, along with details of the coin’s weight and fineness. The 2024 coin also bears a small privy mark micro-engraved with the number 24 which is visible under magnification. Each coin features the Royal Canadian Mint’s MintShield™ technology, a breakthrough that significantly reduces the occurrence of milk spots.
The obverse of the Canadian Maple 1oz Silver Coin bears the portrait of King Charles III, the 2024 year-date, and the monetary denomination. This is the first in the Maple coin series’ history to feature a monarch other than Elizabeth II.
