These bullion silver bars feature a modern homage to William Wyon RA’s Three Graces design by the product designer Daniel Thorne. William Wyon RA is considered one of the greatest engravers in the history of the Royal Mint and created the Three Graces design early in his life and renowned career. William also designed the popular Una and the Lion design, which is featured in the first release of the bullion range of the Great Engravers Collection and displays the shield bearing muse Britannia standing fiercely holding a spear beside a Lion.

Originally minted for an uncirculated silver proof coin in the year 1817, the Three Graces are Zeus’ daughters envisioned to represent the three nations of the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, and Ireland.

As the second release for the bullion bars range of the Great Engravers collection, which brings William Wyon’s masterpiece to a new format. These bullion bars have a limited mintage of 5000 to the international market. The Three Grace gold bars symbolise the respect for some of the Royal Mint’s most traditional historic designs, which are brought to life again in a modern version to a tangible precious metal asset.
